Poster Submission

The conference will feature a Poster Presentation Session to encourage participants to showcase their latest research findings. Posters should align with the conference's thematic topics, and we look forward to an outstanding display of academic work.

Notice：

1. The work must be original academic research by the author, who must ensure that the selected work does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. The content should include abstract information such as research purpose/background, methods, results, conclusions/significance, and necessary charts or figures. If the research has not been published, it may be labeled as "Unpublished Data" on the poster to avoid the disclosure of sensitive information.

2. Poster dimensions and material: No larger than 95cm (width) × 95cm (height). It is recommended to use materials compatible with hook-and-loop fasteners, such as photo paper.

3. Each participant may submit a maximum of one work. In case of duplicate submissions or multiple submissions, the first submitted work will be considered.

4. This event is a conference-related activity and is only open to registered and paid participants. Accepted posters must be registered by at least one author, who must attend the conference to participate in the poster presentation and discussion. Authors should print their posters themselves and bring them to the designated location for display.

5. Deadline: If you wish to present your latest research results, please complete registration and payment by July 15, 2026 (inclusive), and submit your poster to the EMA Editorial Office email: energymatadv@bitpjournal.org.cn. The email subject line should follow the format: 2026 EMA Conference Poster Submission + Author Affiliation + Author Name.

6. Acceptance notification date: July 15, 2026. The conference will organize industry experts to review the submitted works and determine the acceptance results.
